Dale also enjoys working with people who may have chronic health conditions (such as obesity, diabetes, mental health) that find it hard to exercise and don’t know where to start.
Dale also has a strong interest in team sports, (mainly soccer and football) and is a current player within the South Australian Amateur Soccer league.
When not in the gym or clinic, Dale enjoys the outdoors and being around the ocean, including spending time with his family at the beach, or heading out on the fishing boat.
